Remedies to Boils In The Mouth
Sinhasan
Uddiyana Bandha

Although boils in the mouth are very much like throat disorders in some ways, they belong to a different category and their treatment is also quite different. The reason for boils in the mouth is stomach disorders, particularly constipation, which generate heat and acidity in the intestines. When this heat travels upwards the boils begin to appear in the mouth. In their aggravated condition, these become so painful sometimes, that it becomes difficult to eat or talk.

Although Sinhasan does not cure boils, this asan, if performed along with Uddiyana Bandha, helps to prevent this affliction. The Uddiyana Bandha also helps cure boils, and stops their reappearance. This asan also helps the digestive system. The intestines remain healthy, and that prevents one from becoming constipated, which is the root cause of boils.

In allopathy, normally, vitamin B complex and vitamin C are prescribed for boils. Allopaths believe that the lack of these vitamins causes the boils. Most doctors do not think of treating the stomach disorder. That is why vitamin pills and injections have little effect. Even if there is slight improvement, the cure is not permanent. The boils may reappear a few days later.
