Tanasan
Remedies to Asthma
Sarvangasan
Matsyasan
Bhujangasan
Shalabhasan
Tanasan
Paschimottanasan
Shavasan
Pawan Muktasan

Method: This asan can be performed in a sitting or standing position, but it is easier if performed lying down. Lie down on a mat, stretch the arms by your sides. Keep a little distance between the toes.

Remain in this position for about 15 seconds, so that your breathing becomes normal. Bring both legs and toes together, pull the toes a little forward. Place both hands (with fingers entangled) on the stomach. Inhale and while holding your breath, raise the entangled hands, with stretched arms to the back of your head and place them on the floor. Stretch your body. Slowly exhale, and at the same time bring the entangled hands forward and replace them on the stomach. Return the hands to the original starting position by your side and relax the body. Let your body go limp and breathing become normal.

Cycling
This is known as mock-cycling

Method: At the end of Tanasan, keep lying down face up. Move the legs as if cycling. This exercise should be performed quickly. Perform it for 5 minutes to begin with, increasing the duration gradually to 30 minutes. This exercise is to be performed twice a day.
